Tom and Lisa Lewis – chefs by profession worked with Hamish Martin of the Old Curiosity Distillery to produce these unique gins. Each is made using a combination of single plant distilliates, and each contain three botanicals grown at the Secret Herb Garden located outside Edinburgh.
Dr Osbournes No.46 – Scottish Dry Gin. By Tom Lewis Anise, Dill, Fennel. 46% Vol. Great with tonic and makes a mean Dirty Martini.

Scottish Dry Gin. By Lisa Lewis Elderflower, Lemon Balm, Rosemary. 38% Vol. Keep it clean and simple with soda water and a squeeze of fresh lemon, and of course, works wonders with tonic.
